Pentis 0.6.9 with online rankings finally released

Major Upgrades:

- Keyboard controlled menu

- input username and show online rankings in menu

- username displayed in all screens

- Speed and Level adjustments for playability

- Presetted default username "Norbert Noname" - Please choose your own username
